In the heart of Trégo, the Kastell Dinec’h restaurant invites you to discover the beautiful flavors of the Breton region in a friendly atmosphere.

In the kitchen, Chef Guillaume Froger creates cuisine with a strong local identity using the region's flagship and noble products. A cuisine that also draws its inspiration and originality from his memories of travels to Africa and New Caledonia. The menu navigates between land and sea, according to the seasons and opportunities.

Its beautiful dishes can be enjoyed in the authentic setting of the very warm hotel restaurant, with its exposed stone and beams, its pretty woodwork and its majestic fireplace.

When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the wooded garden and our outdoor terrace for breakfast.

Also accessible to outside customers, the restaurant is only open in the evening. We advise our guests to reserve their table.

Upon prior reservation (24 hours in advance), we offer  packed lunches, ideal for your hiking picnics!
